Katarzyna is an attorney with many years of litigation experience. She worked for several years in the litigation and administrative department of a major international law firm,. She is fluent in English and has an advanced command of Dutch.
She provides both pre-litigation advisory and legal representation before courts, including the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, and public administration authorities. In particular, she has advised a large number of Polish and foreign entrepreneurs at all stages of the investment process, including in relation to the procurement of building and occupancy permits, decisions on land development conditions or disputes against local zoning plans. Further, she has advised on matters relating to the establishment of legal title to real estate, in reprivatisation cases and in disputes over the enforcement of lease agreements.
She also advises on product liability, with reference to which she has represented international and national pharmaceutical companies in litigation.
